Steps

 1. Open Start Menu(Window Key) ,type cmd then right click on it and Run as Administrator.


2. Type this command in cmd set devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices=1 hit Enter.


3. Then Type devmgmt.msc hit Enter.


4. This will open Device Manager, Now at the top of devicemanager 
    Click On View-->Show Hidden Devices You are Done Now .
